| My boyfriend and I live in a townhome in North Hills. It's right off Sepulveda but in the back of the complex so it is nice and quiet against the suburban neighborhood. Stores are very close, commuting is easy.
We are going to rent out the second bedroom which has it's own attached full bathroom. Good size room with vaulted ceilings.
There is a pool and jacuzzi on the grounds.
With utilities included (cable, internet, water, power, etc.) we are asking $750. It's all ready to go.
